We had a great experience with COJ on a major exterior update, including windows, lighting, PVC-wrapped columns, new enlarged steps with PVC risers and Trex decking, and cable railing. Jonathan had a great eye for taking our vision and making it beautiful, functional, and built to last. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. As we are not full-time residents, we especially appreciated how well he communicated, sending pictures and reaching out when decisions needed to be made. We were initially hesitant about hiring locally due to concerns about inflated coastal pricing, but we felt the estimate was fair and solid, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The quality of the work was exceptional. COJ also offers a wide range of services, including landscaping, so we look forward to working with Jonathan on future projects. Definitely recommend!

Jonathan and Carolina Odd Jobs would get 10 stars if I could give them. He was professional, listened to my vision and made it look even better than we could have imagined. I spoke to him on a Monday and the job was complete by Wednesday afternoon. We already plan on being repeat customers, 12/10 recommend.

I am writing this review to commend and compliment Carolina Odd Jobs. This is not the first time that I have used them for work at the house. Last year we added a 12x20 concrete patio to the back yard and had decretive rock put down on three sides of the house. Both times we used Johnathon and his crew and we have been very pleased with their work. Today, we had crown molding put onto our ceiling which turned out great! My wife and I are very happy with the result and the molding gives the ceiling a classy feeling. We are also having the interior of your house painted, pendent lights put on over the island and a 10x12 gazebo erected on the new patio. All of these other jobs will be done by Carolina Odd Jobs and no I am not receiving anything in return for this recommendation. We are very happy with their work!

I would not use Carolina Odd Jobs for concrete work. Mine cracked within 30 days and is all blotchy. He doesn't stand behind his work but simply says 'this happens.' I paid good money for the job so this is very disappointing.

I was beyond impressed with Carolina Odd Jobs. I'm so thankful our agent recommended them. Their pricing was very fair (and they gave a military discount!), their work was excellent and they began & completed the work very fast. I wish we had known about them for our last 14 years in the Sneads Ferry! The scope of work we needed done ranged from door & frame replacements, crawl space work, pressure washing, painting and minor repairs- they did it all and did it well!
